One-day Qigong workshop
with
Takashi Tsumura
Director of Japan Health Qigong Association
Tsumura-sensei is one of the first persons who introduced Qigong to the modern Japanese society. He has studied with numerous Qigong masters, both in Japan and China, and claimed the importance to overcome the commercialism and authoritarianism to promote this ancient practice in our modern society. He establishes a basic qigong system in which people can easily study the fundamental elements of Qigong while he endeavors to network the qigong practitioners all over the world. He recently works with Chinese State Agency of Sports, for the promotion of Health Qigong, a standardized qigong established through the cooperation of many master level practitioners in China.
In this one-day workshop, Tsumura-sensei will let us practice various methods we can use in our daily lives, to get relaxed and energized, which are a key for us to recover from our chronic fatigue.
